Here we will see how we can set up our reference sources in order to help us better manage and filter our leads.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Click on Policies-->Marketing-->Reference Sources
Step 3:Click on Organization
Step 4:Click on Marketing Channels Tab
Step 4: You can click edit and add any new marketing channel
Step 5: Once you have set up your marketing channels, you can then click on the reference sources tab and set up your reference sources as you want
Step 6: Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click save and you have your reference sources and marketing channels set up.
Please Note: If visible in portal checkbox is checked, that means, prospects can enter where they got the reference from.
