This section will demonstrate how you can generate your income statement reports.
Step 1: Click on New Income Statement Report
Step 2: Select the report type from the drop down menu. You have the choice of three types of reports. Time period, Annual monthly and Annual quarterly
Step 3: For example, let us select Annual Monthly report
Step 4: You can now view the report
Step 5: You can use certain filters, for example: Owner
Step 6: You can add the Building filter as well
Step 7: You can also see financial transactions that are not linked to any building by using the filter “Building: Not Assigned”
Step 8: You can use the export button to export it to excel for reporting purpose
Step 9: Once you have entered all the necessary data and information, you can click save.
