What Notifications or Communications are Automated as they relate to Payments?

Property Vista has a bunch of default notifications that can be set that notify staff as well as tenants of certain payment processes. 

 

All notifications to tenants can be edited and can be found in the following location:

 

1) Policies --> Templates --> Email Templates

At the time of writing the following are the templates related to payments:

Auto Pay Setup Confirmation

Auto Pay Changes

Auto Pay Cancellation

One Time Payment Submitted

Payment Receipt

Payment Receipt With Web Payment Fee

Payment Returned

Direct Debit Account Changed (Canada only)

Direct Debit To Sold Building (Canada only)
 
Direct Debit To Inactive Account (Canada only)
 
Direct Debit Deactivation Tenant (Canada only)
 
 
2) ALERTS can be set up with individual employees from the organization via Organization --> Employees> Alerts. The following are available at the time of writing:
 
Electronic Payment Rejected
AutoPay Review Required
AutoPay Cancelled by Tenant
AutoPay Created by Tenant
