To provide a resident with a Security Code they need to be a Lease Holder. Each Tenant has their own unique Security Code. As an example: If a Lease has 2 roommates then each roommate will have their own unique Security Code to register for the first time.
To provide/find the Security Code or Registration Token follow these simple instructions:
1) Tenants & Leases --> Tenants
2) Find the Tenant in question
3) Click on VIEWS --> Portal Registration Information
If you do not see the link for Portal Registration Information it is likely because the Tenant is already registered. In that case, you can reset the password or ask the tenant to press FORGOT PASSWORD directly from their Resident Portal page
