Rent Reminder Strategy

As a courtesy to your Residents, send them a monthly Rent Reminder. We recommend creating a different strategy for the Monthly Rent Reminder vs the Rent is Due Warning messages (See other strategy for that)

 

We recommend the following strategy:

 

Create a New Communication Category: Rent Reminders

Opt out enabled: YES

Set the Access Role and Dispatcher roles as per your company policy
