We strongly recommend you customize the look and feel of your CRM and your Portal Environments.
STEP 1: GENERAL SETTINGS IN THE CRM:
ADMINISTRATION-->CONTENT MANAGEMENT --> GENERAL
- CRM LOGO : Edit and provide your Company Logo here
STEP 2: PORTAL
ADMINISTRATION-->POLICIES --> PORTALS --> RESIDENT --> ORGANISATION
- Within the Email and Content tab, you can add in various logos for different areas of the portal
