Equifax Setup Requirements

If you want to utilize Property Vista's fully integrated Credit Check and Decisioning tools you first need to setup an Equifax account. 


In order to proceed you will need to complete the link below as well as email the following documents to us:


  • Copy of the most recent Telephone Bill (to match the Business Phone number listed above)
  • Proof of Business: ie, Copy of Articles of Incorporation or GST Registration
  • Copy of Current Lease (to match the address above)

As for next steps, once this has been completed and assuming you have paid your Equifax membership registration fee already you will receive an email for an on-site inspection. Once completed and if satisfactory, it can take up to 10 business days for the Equifax Member number to arrive.
