Edit/Change Tenant AutoPay

From time to time, a tenant may need to update or change their banking information. This article explains the steps.

 

1) Click on the tenant in question.

 

2) Click on the Payment Methods tab and then click edit to enter new and updated banking information.

 

3) Once you press edit, you will be able to change/update the banking information.

 

 

4) Alternatively, resident/tenant can log in from their resident portal and update their account information.
