In order to access communication privileges to employees please follow the below mentioned steps.
1) From the main dashboard, click on Administration
2) Next, click on Security and then User Roles.
3) Choose the employee role to which you want to assign the communication privilege.
4) Let us choose the role marketing as example.
5) Click on Edit.
6) Then click on the "+" sign.
7) Select the level of communication privilege you want and click Save.
