Setting Up Lease Form Signing Policy

Once you set up your system, you would need to configure your lease form signing policy. Please see steps below.

Step 1: Click on Administration from your main screen.


Step 2: Click on Policies, then Application/leasing and lease form signing.


Step 3: Click on New Lease Form Signing Policy.


Step 4: Set scope to be organizational level.


Step 5: Click on "Details" tab and fill out the entire section and all the information.


You can choose the person signing the lease from your company. It can be the issuing person or you can choose an employee from your employee list. You can also select the signee role.The other information can be filled as necessary. Once all the information is filled in, click save.
